  I buy the 396$ package on 7 frebruary to try wordpress, it was my first time

  I didnt used wordpress, I just tested some functionnality and I even didn’t buy any domain,

  I never got any refund, I thought that even if you don’t active the domain it will not use the account.

  I contacted support and they told me unfortunately I paid for 1 year that I cannot have the refund and that now its 14 days…

  So as I understant I paid 396$ for nothing…

  Is there someone that can help me, I never used wordpress before

  Howdy –

  We aren’t able to process a refund since there’s a payment dispute issued. You would need to cancel that from the banking provider. Once that’s done, let us know, and we will check things out on our end.

  When we issue a refund directly it takes about 10 days for the bank to put it back in your account. With the payment dispute in place, you will also receive the refund, but it will take significantly longer.
