  hi, I’ve requested a refund 8 days ago and i still can’t see it in my bank account. I need my money back. I’ve purchased the premium plan 8 days ago and requested a refund. please help

  I’m seeing a refund as having been processed on 2021-03-16. So you should be all set from our end of things. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up withing 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer. You can reach out to your financial institution to see if they have more information on the delay.
