Hi I cancelled my account three times now and contacted customer service. I received an email saying that I would receive my refund. However I never receive the refund for the cancelled subscription. I cancelled in December, January and tried again last month. Please refund my account as soon as possible.

The plan which was renewed on January 10 was not canceled until March 14, well outside of our our refund period: https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#refund-policy
If you’d like, we can restore these products to your account, but we will not be able to send a refund for them.
