  Hello
  I would like to request a refund. Not impressed with the site, i find it hard to navigate and customer service is very poor. Every time i try to get a refund i am directed back to my purchases which is supposed to have a straightforward way to get one but there are no applications for such thing. I have used the site about 2 times & DO NOT want to be paying £36 for this. Need someone to get back to me asap.

  It looks like the refund didn’t go through for some reason when you canceled. our apologies.

  But I have processed it for you now, so you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up withing 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.
