  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. I’m calling in staff to help look into it

  Hi @simrxn14 – The refund has been processed on our side. As @austinsangs says, you’ll need to allow for up to 10 business days for the funds to be added back to your account by your bank.
