  Hi.
  I cancelled the domain registeration on 28 december. But I did receive refund of that domain. Please refund it.

  We processed the refund back to you on 12/28 – we released the funds back to your bank and they are no longer with us. You can find the receipt of the refund here.

  If you haven’t seen the refund, I would contact your bank about this. Sometimes, they are able to see pending transactions that you do not see on your end. Also, depending on your bank and the country in which you reside, the refund could take longer. Please reach out to them and let us know what you find out.

  On 12/28 ?
  I asked for it in April or maybe 12/28 isnt a date ?

  Hi there – I looked further into this domain purchase transaction.

  It looks like on Dec 28, 2020 you purchased the domain.

  And, you cancelled the domain on the same day.

  Because you purchased and cancelled in the same day, the money was never withdrawn from your account.

  Technical explanation: “The refund was issued before the original charge settled with the bank, so the original charge will simply disappear from your bank statement without a refund being issued.”

  Please review your bank statements. You should find that the bank never withdrew the money from your account for this purchase (because it did not have enough time to do so).
