Refund

    I decided to cancel and remove my purchases, as I can’t get the site to work the way I need. It took few months to try and get it set up, but with no luck. Please can I have a refund of the months that I will not use out of my yearly subscription?

    It is very annoying not being able to build what you need. I would be frustrated as well.

    Unfortunately, WordPress.com’s refund policy is that all plans can be canceled for a refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal, or 7 days for subscriptions with monthly billing. To learn more about it read this guide:

    Can you please explain what you were hoping to achieve though? I’m sure we can offer some tips and get you going on the right way for you to make the website work how you need it to.
