Hi my business is no longer and i do not use woocommerce any more but i have been charged for next year automatically but no longer have login account detals and no longer have the email address i used. How can i cancel my subscription and get my refund from the last payment a couple of days ago?

Ouch, that’s quite the situation to be in. Everyone hates getting a charge they weren’t expecting.
The good news is that most WordPress.com products can be canceled for a refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal, or 7 days for subscriptions with monthly billing. You can find out more here:

The best course of action right now is to try and get the account back so that WordPress.com can issue a refund. You can learn more about the account recovery process here:
