  Hello, I will pay for the business plan and if I have a problem or I don’t want to continue with the website can I ask for refund?

  Luckily you can.Wordpress.com has a refund policy for most of its products anyway ( for up to 14 days). You can read more all about it here

  Adding to the above reply given by @g0kpo

  Products purchases yearly have 14 days refund policy. But, purchasing products with monthly plans have only 7 days of refund policy.
