    You should see the refund in your Billing History at
    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

    It can take around 7-10 business days (longer if you are outside the US) depending on the processing time at your financial institution before you’ll see the refund and it will be returned to the same payment method you used to purchase the upgrade.

    If it has been longer than that time period, please check with your financial institution directly.

    Hi there,

    I can see two refunds on your account, processed on 29 April and 1 May respectively. So from our end, the refunds are done, and you should have received an email for each that includes a transaction ID from our payment processor.

    However, as mentioned above, it can take up to two weeks before those refunds will appear in your bank account. This is due to processing times at your bank, over which we don’t have any control.
