  Hi I requested to revert the website back to free plan. The person who was helping me didn’t answer my question of how much the refund I can get. Please let me know. And when I can get it if there’s any. Thanks.

  It looks like you were refunded in full on 2021-05-02. Please note it may take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank account.
