  Hello,
  I’ve been asking for a refund more than a month ago, I received e-mail telling me that i’ll have the money, but still nothing on my bank account.

  If you haven’t seen the refund try reaching out to your bank. It might take longer for the refund to reflect depending on your bank and country where you live.

  Hi there,

  Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
