  Good day. Just canceled my plans and was informed that the refund for credit card payments will be in 1 or 2 billing cycles.. What time frame is this?

  Hi @beachlifeforall,

  Billing cycle is something that is dependent on credit cards bank, not the WordPress system:

  A credit card billing cycle is the period of time between two credit card statements, usually lasting 28-31 days.

  Hi there,

  As stated above, this depends entirely on your bank and their policies, and isn’t something we have control over. In general, though, refunds should appear after about ten business days.

  If you haven’t received today’s refund after two weeks, please contact your bank directly and provide the transaction ID from our payment processor that appears in the refund receipt.
