  Hi I recently processed a refund and have not yet received anything. Can this be sorted please?

  Hi there,

  Since the refund occurred on the same day as the renewal it was likely processed as a reversal. That’s why you cannot see the fund in your statement.

  Please contact your bank and provide them with the transaction ID that’s on the refund receipt so that they can find it. You can find the receipt in your Billing History:
