Refund?

    Is there any way to get a refund as I wasn’t anticipating being billed prior to even getting to my 1 year mark for the domain?

    We bill at 11 months so that there’s a little wiggle room for cancellations, card changes, etc. We also send renewal reminders to the address on file, so that you’ll have a heads up.

    I can see you’ve got a partial refund already — do you need more help? And for what it’s worth, I’d recommend against cancelling the domain, though, if you wish to keep it. It can be costly and sometimes impossible to get it back. You can re-add your plan though if needed.
