There is no place on my account to cancel subscription and get a refund.

Yes I see that. However, it only shows my receipt of payment. For some reason I have no way of controlling the subscription to cancel or even attempt a refund.

However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from – there is no history of purchases under this account. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
