refund

    Hi, I paid for 2 subscriptions this morning. I paid $60 for personal and then I paid $336 to upgrade to the $396 business package. I asked for a cancellation and refund on both.
    I looks like I’ve been refunded for the larger amount but the $336 but my Credit Card statement shows I have still paid $60 to WordPress.com
    The RECEIPT ID was [redacted by staff]

    Please issue a refund of $60.

    We have processed the refunds for both upgrades that you cancelled. You can see receipts for those refunds, with transaction IDs from our payment processor, at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    How and when those refunds are indicated on your credit card statement depends on your financial institution, and can take up to ten business days, or sometimes up to two billing cycles to reflect. So if the charge still appears after two weeks, and/or no additional entry for a refund has appeared, please contact your credit card company directly to check into this. You can provide them with the transaction ID from the refund receipt as a reference.
