    How do I get my refund? I used so much time on finding support etc., but I can figureout where to get my refund at? I board the premium for 96$

    @carolineblichagerblog – We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

    To request a refund, you need to be logged into the WordPress.com account that owns the upgrade. Once you are, you can submit that request here:

    https://wordpress.com/help/contact

    Otherwise, if you don’t know what account made this purchase, if you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

    The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
