  I closed out my account and requested a refund but I did not receive a full refund and the fees that were taken from my account prior to WordPress taking the payment for the plan was not refunded back to me so I had to fees on my bank account that has not been refunded back and the full amount for the plan was not refunded.   The refund was sent May 29.

  Depending on your credit card provider, it can take up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
