  Hi ! I paid for domain and upgraded website on 01 June and I did cancelled for a domain and upgrade but I didn’t get any notification . My credit card been deducted already . Can u check my purchase history and when I’ll get my money back credited to my credit card? Look forward for your answer

  What is the domain, or the WordPress.com address of the site you upgraded?

  The account you’re using to post here has never bought any upgrades from us, and we don’t even have a credit card on file for you.

  Thanks from reply . Yea I was so confuse when I check for purchased section I didn’t see anything I was purchased there but my bank sent me a deduction. Is there any email address of yours that I could send bank purchase invoice that I received?

  Thanks again for answer . Just now I could see the information details on my account page . Saw the refund back . How many days usually the money credited back to my bank? Appreciate the answer

  With most banks, it may take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank account.
