Refund

    Dear WordPress,
    I request you for a refund but I haven’t gotten any refund from you. I asked for refund on May 31, 2021. but now is June 5, 2021 and i haven’t gotten refund. please help me and solve my problem. I will be highly thankful to you.

    Hi there,

    Refunds take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please wait a few more days and if you’re still not seeing the refund, then follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
