    i still haven’t received any of my refunds on all plan Purchases made including domain registrations ?

    Hi there,

    I can see that all the refunds have been processed on our end. Please note that refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank.

    Please wait a few more days and then follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipts as a reference.
