    I purchased the domain name xyzpuzzle.com. I canceled the order the very next day I need my money, please let me know when I’ll get my money back. [redacted]

    The site I need help with is xyzpuzzlescom.wordpress.com.

    I see that we have issued you a full refund on June 4. As @csabarakasz mentioned, refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank.

    Please wait a few more days and if you don’t see the refund, then follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
