  Hello, is my refund processed? How much time will it take before I receive it?

  Your refund was sent today.

  Depending on your credit card provider, it can take up to 10 days for them to display the credit on your statement.

  Also, since the refund was placed the same day as the charge, they may process it as a reversal, which means the original charge may simply be removed.
