Hello. I cancelled my service on May 30th. I am still yet to receive a refund of $102. Can someone please assist?

Your refund was sent May 31.
Since this was sent the same day as the charge, your credit card provider may have processed it as a reversal, meaning the original charge would have simply been removed.
