Hi there,
Refunds usually take around ten business days. We processed your refund on 20 June which is only eight business days ago, not counting any possible holidays in your country where the banks were closed.
You can see the receipt with a transaction ID from our payment processor here:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
Please follow up with your bank and provide them with that transaction ID so they can check for the refund on their system. If they need a ARN number, let us know and we can send you that via email.
