    Refunds can take up to ten business days to appear in your account, and it depends on the processing times at your bank that we have no control over.

    I see we processed your refund on 25 June, which is only five business days ago, so it’s not unusual if you haven’t received it yet. Please contact your bank directly for help if you still don’t see it in your account by the end of next week.
