  I requested that this domain be canceled. I received an email that it was canceled. However, I was charged $18 for the domain and it has not been refunded to me. Thanks, Lena Webb

  The $18 was not refunded because the renewal took place over 96 hours ago. Our refund period for domain registration/renewal is 96 hours. If you cancel after that period, the domain registration/renewal fee can’t be refunded.

  I did not know about the renewal or the refund policy. I was unavailable when the renewal occurred because of a family emergency. I cancelled it as soon as I became aware that it had been renewed. I was unable to cancel it earlier because of the emergency that left me unavailable to deal with business issues. I would appreciate it if an exception can be made. I do not want the domain.   This is too far outside our refund window for us to able to issue a refund for it.

  We can however restore the domain to your account if you’d like to do that.
