  Good morning,

  I was supposed to receive a refund for $120 and I still have not received it.

  The site I need help with is mackkfitness.wordpress.com.

  Hi there – I was able to find the refund transaction in your billing history here: https://wordpress.com/me/billing/

  From there, click on the View Receipt to get the transaction ID.

  We processed refunds immediately. It can then take up to 15 business days for banks to place the funds back into the account that was used to make the purchase originally.

  What we recommend doing next is taking the transaction info to your bank to find out why there is a delay on their end.
