  Hi,

  I recently canclled my subscription and am waiting for a refund. I did not get any confirmation emails saying that I will be getting a refund the subscription is only 3 days old. Can anyone please confirm what’s going on?

  I can see we issued the refund yesterday. You can see a receipt for the refund here:

  Please note that refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account.
