  Hey, I had a person working on my website but unfortunately they got sick with covid and didn’t resume building the website. Is there a way I could get a refund since my website was never made

  No it was under this account, it wasn’t recent though. We were hoping we could get some sort of credit in the account. Is that possible? We had contacted before and that’s what they said they would do, but we never really got the credit.
