  I cancelled my service back on June 2, 2021 after decided not to renew for another year and the refund has never been issued.

  I see that your subscription was canceled today and a refund has been issued already. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

  Your credit card issuer/bank may take a few days to process the funds back to your account.
