I was just charged today 18 August for another month of subscription because the auto renew button was automatically clicked by the programming of your website. I would like a refund for this charge

Going forward, we do auto-renew sites by default so that they will continue working, but we also send notifications prior to auto-renewals. And in most cases, if you’ll contact us right away from the account on file, we can help with a refund. Hoping this helps!
