I started to create a WordPress website but realised that it was too large of an undertaking for me. I had a website created by an outside firm. I was under the impression that I closed my account (I clicked the red ‘close account’ button) but I was just billed by Akismet for $100.00 and $399.00 for Word Press Pro. If you look at my account, you can see tht after my initial try to create a website, it has never been used (because I thought it was closed). Can you please permently close my account and refund my $399.00.
