Refund

    I signed up for woocommerce in 2019, never used it, and requested a refund when charged an exorbitant fee for nothing in August 2019. You assured me I would be refunded and not charged further. Instead I have been charged multiple times, totaling several hundred dollars. I have not logged in since 2019 and just noticed the charges on my card. Requesting full refund for every fee charged to my card since August 26, 2019.

    Note, there is not even a card associated with my account based on viewing Purchases/Payment methods (‘You have no saved payment methods’), so I am not sure how you are even able to charge me.

    It is incredible that you don’t have a chat function or phone number to support these requests.

    My account does not have any subscriptions associated with it to cancel. It appears that you may have canceled my subscriptions as I requested back in 2019, but nonetheless continued to charge me. At least, I don’t have any other way to understand this situation.
