Refund

    Hello,

    I accidentally bought the hosting service from WordPress.com even though I already had it with another provider. I bought it because I understood that it’s needed to build a website using WordPress. Later I understood that this is not the case and then I canceled the hosting subscription.

    I haven’t gotten a refund and I would like to understand why.
