I don’t see any upgraded sites under your account. What’s the address of the site you upgraded? Is it possible that it’s under a different account? If so, you’ll need to log out and log back in using the correct email address (the same one where the receipt was sent to), and you’ll be able to manage your purchases from here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.
