  My PayPal was automatically charged but I don’t want to renewal the plans. How do I get refunded. The purchase page does not show any plan for cancellation or refund.

  Hello –

  Looking at the account I’m not able to find any upgrades either. This means that your being charged from a different account. The best thing to do, is use this page to locate the the proper account and move forward with a refund.
