    Hi, I’m waiting for 2 refunds that still haven’t come through. Please can I have an update on when these will be made?

    Howdy,

    I’m seeing a refund as having been processed on 2022-12-16. So you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up within 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.

    If you have questions, I would encourage you to contact your bank for more information. Once we process the refund, things are mostly out of our hands as to how quickly the money is returned to your account. That is entirely up to your financial institution.
