  I would like a refund on this domain. this isn’t user friendly and I’m going a different route for a website.

  Looking at the account you’ve written us from, there are no purchases or upgrades. The domain shared, which is connected to a different account, had a renewal made on 2018-06-20. I’m not finding anything that can be refunded based on the details I have.

Based on that bit of information it seems that you may have been trying to set up a stand alone WordPress installation.
