I did sign up before for domain and the plan, but then I could not load the page since then and experience continuous technical issue, so I never work on it and could not cancel the renewal. Now I demand for a refund, or I will talk to my bank.

First, I need to know if you have plans on using haylieng.com again in the future. Whether that’s here, or with another provider, it doesn’t matter. What we want to avoid is you losing that domain through the cancellation process if you have any intentions on using it again. When that happens, anybody, or domain squatters, are able to buy the domain and do whatever they want with it.
If that domain is also your name, then I strongly encourage you to hold on to the ownership if at all financially possible. Folks will build scummy websites on domains with people’s names. This can be a huge hassle (emotionally and financially) to have taken down in the future if that happens. Just something to consider as it could impact many aspects of your life. -
You’ll see on the account that I’ve processed a $48 refund for personal hosting plan. The domain registration can only be renewed with in 2 days of registration, so I’m not able to refund the additional $18. Let me know about your plans for the domain so we can make sure you have things all sorted out.
