  Hi there!

  I’m showing that you requested the cancellation before your bank transferred funds to us the same day you purchased the upgrade (December 18, 2022). Therefore, a refund would not have been issued; your bank would have likely removed the temporary charge from your account. Consequently, you need to check with them to follow up on that cancelled transaction.
