    Please help me with the refund of the money for purchasing a new domain I have deleted the domain and am longer using it

    Hello – Are you inquiring about the domain registration for eto-sports.com or something else? That domain isn’t eligible for a refund at this time. You would need to cancel the domain with in 2 days of the renewal in order for us to process a refund. That would also release the domain to the public so anybody can register it. Not sure if that’s what you’re trying to do? Let me know. Thanks.

    Hey there, if you cancel a domain while it’s eligible for a refund, you’ll get a refund automatically. Once it’s outside that window, though, it’s settled for the next year. You can find more details here:

    I’ve restored it for now so it won’t go into domain redemption. Let us know what you had in mind when you bought the domain and what you’d like to do now. We’ll help how we can.
