The site automatically renewed without my consent. I only noticed it by checking my credit card statement. I believe the company made it a default to have the automatic renewal without even a notice to the customer before it charged my credit card. I never received any email / contact that renewal and charge would occur. It was also very difficult to look up refund information or contact info- I have cancelled/ removed the services but the site did not give me the option for refund. Please issue a refund in full amount charged for the wordpress service and domain.

Many thanks for reaching out. A refund is no longer possible as the renewal is outside of the refund window.
