    Hi, Ive recently tried WordPress to make my website and it does not work. I keep encountering an unknown/unexpected error that doesn’t allow me to access the website. I made my purchase last week and am unsatisfied with the websites capabilities. I would like my money back. Thank you

    I’ll be glad to help get this sorted out. First, I want to confirm which site you’re referring to.

    The site linked in the message does not use WordPress.com. Like Bluehost, we host sites that are built on the open source WordPress software. I think that might have caused some confusion here.
