    Yesterday I started an automatic account. I need a refund I’m in too much pain to create an account.

    Hey there — I actually don’t see any purchases on this account yet. Just a free site. If you are positive you bought a plan with us, can you check to see what email we sent the receipt to, then log out and log back in with that address? If you need help, please send the name of the site.

    But as for the site I see right now, it’s free. You are welcome to hang onto that and set it up at your own pace, then upgrade later if you choose.
