    I have not used this platform in nearly a year and have just been charged. $144. I am struggling with money and have cancelled my subscription. Can you please issue a refund?

    Thanks for writing to us. Looking at the account I can see that you’ve been refunded in full. It could take up to 2 weeks for those funds to find your individual account. Check with the bank and ask them when you can expect it. Each banking provider has their own processing times for refunds. They can also tell you how it’s going to look on your statement. To confirm, the funds have been sent back to them and your refund has been processed.
