    How can I get a refund if the money has already been taken out of my bank account but the receipt is still not showing in my Purchases after 3 days?

    Looking at the account it sounds like you’ve probably made this purchase from a different user account. There aren’t any purchases or upgrades associated with the account you’ve contacted us from.

    Use this form to locate the account. Then go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/ and see if you’re upgrades are still listed or if they’ve been deactivated.

    Typically refunds take a week or two but that time line will vary depending on your provider. Inquire with them directly about any delays.
