I have been charged 2x but i don’t see the receipt in my purchases (this showed up on my credit card). How do I get a refund/stop future charges?

I looked, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited in what we can help with and advise here.
If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we can help you with this.
The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as
WordPressfollowed by a letter/number code. So they’ll look like this:WordPress XXXXXXXXXXIf the charge on your bank statement does not follow that format, the charge was not made here at WordPress.com.
