You guys charged me at 2:30 this morning and it is still pending. When I asked for a refund it said 7-10 business days. I need it back before that. I am a single mom and I completely broke and you shouldn’t have charged me at all because I thought I had cancelled the subscription before this. I need that money back, I am stranded without it. I need someone to figure out how to push it through before 7-10 business days.

The 7-10 business days is not something we control; this process is controlled by our payment processor and your bank. As soon as we receive the refund request, we release the funds, and currently it’s still processing by the payment processor. As soon as they’re done processing the refund, the funds will go to your bank. You should contact your bank to see how quickly they can post that back to your account.
